As you posted over MBlaze thread, I guess you are using MTS data card. For data card users MTS or any EVDO players do not allow MNP !

Hi Niranjan,Visit your nearest ‘MTS Store’, submit mandatory documents and fill the Customer Application Form and Port-in form, pay Port-in fee (as applicable), get a new MTS CDMA SIM and request for port-in.
