Missed Calls from Pakistan Scam

Just got a call from +242 on a number that I have not given to a single soul (My prepaid only for 3g usage SIM)
 
A bunch of calls from +245 in the past two days... 5 I think...
 
And after a break , three calls from +235, I happened to pickup the 3rd one, though I am not sure the one second that the phone shows, counted as a call (though its likely to cheap internet call for them , even if it does get charged)
 
my sister called back a +92 missed call yesterday , Rs 44 were deducted, some KBC auto recording was running, few minutes later another call from +92 , this time it wasnt a missed call it kept ringing & i was also present, so i blocked the no .
