Migrating to Reliance Broadband from Tikona Broadband

Tikona recently started to degrade speed using contention ratio after fup. So speed is stuck below 1mbps for all plans in my city. I can't even watch youtube at 360p after 50gb quota for 4mbps plan. Horrible speed.

I am from hyd living near masab tank. I am planning to shift to reliance 1099 with 4mbps unlimted plan. Can anyone from hyd and other cities anwser my questions.
1. How is reliance broadband in hyderabad and also in my area?
2. Will I get a dynamic or static ip address?
3. How is customer service here .?

Do u really use Tikona? It's 80 GB for 4 Mbps plan

That was the old 1249 plan (which I still use). It is not offered anymore now.
Tikona Hyd now has a 999 plan which gives 4Mbps till 50GB and 2mbps beyond. However, most people complain that post FUP speeds are bad.
You can also think of Airtel or BSNL, which are offering some good plans.

My budget is under 1200rs.I can't go beyond that. But I heard beam,bsnl customer service is bad all over the internet. And airtel doesn't have good plans under 1200.
So I am confused between reliance or beam or bsnl or you.
I just want best customer service.
 
If great CS is what you are after, then Airtel is the one for you.
There is a great plan Airtel - UL Rapid New 40GB at 8mbps for 999 bucks. Post FUP 512kbps. (Also, 1000 local minutes free)

Unfortunately my usage is beyond 80gb per month. 512kbps is horrible. I cant watch youtube at that speed.
FUP is too low. I atleast need 80gb under 1000rs.
