Every 15 Days beam Change Their Servers They Buy Bandwidth From Tata And Airtel Thats y they use 15 days airtel Bandwidth And 15 days Tata if u Crosses FUP it wil count from 0bytes in their database :dSource : Beam Area Manager - Hyd.

not only 15 of every month its depend upon the Bandwidth. This month they Changed on June 19th 2012

Does it say "FUP Limit" not reached for you but you still get 2Mbps ?

My speed got reset today.

beam's portal page is all ****ed up. "My usage" shows i've completed 16.7GB whereas iam pretty sure i completed more than that.

That screenshot shows Transferred (Upload + downloaded)... But, Yes, Beam FUP management has always been Fcuked up...

Yes but i can safely say i've downloaded more than 30GB this month. but site shows 16.7GB. Also i found beam's customer care helpful lately. Had a downtime and it was fixed within 30 mins with themselves calling to check whether the problem has been solved or not. But yea ..they need to fix their portal page.

Oh.. that's been the case for almost a year now... ON and OFF.. I hit FUP once is couple of months... generally 30gb doesn't last a day or two... (the reason I downgraded to 10mpbs, most of the time it stays that speed all month)
