Google should've been ahead of MS in this transcription feature on Docs.

google docs has voice to text feature. and several documents online suggest that it does work if you play an audio on your computer. it does not seem to work for me though. i mean even if it uses the mic to listen to audio being played on the pc (rather than directly processing audio from the system... it should work.

MS allows you to upload an audio file and you can copy the transcribed text. I think that's more easy.
