mcafee Virus scan

Iam really impressed with the new Mcafee Virus scan. it has Effective Virus scanning as well as detection. Tell me once thing can Mcafee virusscan and Zone alarm firewall both can be kept or not. iam getting Startup windows problem is this because of Mcafee clashing with Zonealarm Firewall
 
I recommend you to use Kaspersky Security Suite. I am using it since ages and trust me its working fine than any other Antivirus/firewall.

I have tried every other Antivirus/Firewall. Zone Alarm firewall is pretty good and so is kaspersky antivirus/firewall
 
Dude, I have used it too. I dont know why but my licensed expired. Also I didn't find it as good as kaspersky. Try Kaspersky once and if u still find McAfee better then it....slap me 😉

Obviously you can keep both but yes there is a startup problem with ZoneAlarm Pro. Because the newer version comes with an inbuilt spyware scanner so maybe it starts checking your pc as soon as you start. I have disabled Load on startup option in Zonealarm pro & start it after I login to Sify 😛

I agree with Sushubh here. I dont use genuine software at all mate!! Yeah its kinda shameful but I'll make a switch to Linux someday.
