People are gushing about Aziz Ansaris parents' acting ..especially his dad. Is that the case?

that episode was quite painful to watch. dad was ok. and yes i read that his real dad played the part. mom was terrible. and i now get it. his real mom played the part. :\

fresh off the boat is pretty much the same premise and is horrible but is not as bad as this.

Seinfeld has resulted in a huge range of shit shows with no storyline but with a group of people whose only job is to comment on stuff. Difficult People is another similar shite show. Eric Wareheim reminds me of Brett Gelman who is part of many other similar shows like Married (I love this one. Too bad it's dead already).
