I have just purchased this phone Samsung Galaxy Y Plus S5303. But I am having a number of issues. Please help me resolve them.
1. I am not able to set my homepage to what I want in the browser.
2. Whenever I make call there is a feature called Double Click to Unlock appears even when the call in active and despite my double tapping the lock symbol it simply does not go away.
3. My phone screen goes black very quickly despite my not setting any screen saver or anything similar say within 5-10 seconds while I am doing any tasks such running any apps, making a call, surfing the net using the browser that is default in the phone.
Please help me guys, I am getting fed up, thanks a lot.
