Major Problem in Billing 749 NU, Delhi

MTNL 749 NU
Hi evrybdyI got 749 NU plan with speed of upto 2mbps n data limit 1200 mb for month. but usage between 12am to 8am is free. Today i got a call from MTNL saying my usage is some 12,000 mb. The thing is that my day usage is no where near the amount they are saying. I downloaded my usage details from http://register.mtnldelhi.in and calculated it to be around 1345 mb for daytime.Does anybody else have such a problem. Please suggest wat i shud do to get this corrected as this amount is way too high.Any suggestions appreciated.
 
the plan NU is no longer applicable in delhi - i think it was banned when 512kbps @ 999 was introduced....
 
but i am being charged according to this plan. last moth too i was charged according to this plan.

n if in any case, the plan has been converted (though i dont have any knowledge of it) to unlimited then there shud be no issue of how much mb has been used or anything, right ?

N i just checked at Customer Web Self Care, it shows my plan as 749 NU

Well, I am on 749NU plan and there is no problem with my billing. Though this plan was abolished in August 2008, the people who had it since before then still have it.
 
yupp.. im having it for a long tym now... n this is the first tym dere's been such a huge inaccuracy.hey Ankit yaar wat exchange does ur area come in. n can u tell me if u can see the nyt n day usage separately in Customer Web Self Care website. i'm just getting the complete log, no total usage or anything lyk that.
 
My area comes under Shahdara exchange. Yes, I can see my night and day usage separately, although the night usage details are never correct. Moreover, my Customer Care Web Portal interface is different from yours.
