low speeds

dear friends ,,,, since a week i had been facing problems for slow speeds ( bsnl kalyan )it takes time to open pages of regular sites which were opening normally before while downloading from any site example coolltoad ,songs.pk it gives a download speed of 6 to 10 kBps and ofcourse youtube needs endless buffering time which is i thing amazing and surprising for a 2 MBps plan any one facing same problem in kalyan circle pls respond thanks
 
Might be related to ongoing bsnl issues. Post your line stats.
