low speed

me from india
using adsl unlimited plan - 1mbps speed

but get download speed just < 25kbps
n upload
ha smthing strange
more than download speed 40kbps

plzzzzzzzz help
what should i do

i had checked nothing is running in backgroung except system files

i had formatted n reinstallled windows to rule out ny probability of virus spywares keyloggers backdoors etc

but nothing helps

many times i used to get speed as low as 0
n hen it starts inc but inc only upto 10 kbps

nd dont inc any more


i had also installed dap
but it too dont help

it too get me speed < 30kbps

i had tested my download speed
New Zealand DSL :: New Zealand Broadband and DSL Speedtest Page

results:
dwnload speed :- 74kbps
upload speed :- 49 kbps

but still i dont get this much :-(

Well this is India broadband forum, everyone here is from India. 😛 You have to be more precise as to which ISP you use. Judging by your package of 1Mbps UL it seems you take your Net from your Cable TV Operator? If that is the case so, he is just ripping you off, if not then do tell us more about your Internet Service Provider(ISP).
