Lost Pan Card! Help please!

Not sure if this is the right thread but, I have lost my pan card. Is there anyway I can apply online?

One question. All i need to do is fill out the form and wait for the next 15 days?
 
I had used it about 6-7 years back. That time after payment etc is done, you are supposed to take printout and give it to nearby NSDL assigned offices. (There are many)

Dont know if procedure is changed. May be now its completely ONLINE i.e. no need to submit anything.

There is FAQ/Procedure given there, you can read that. (I have not read it)
 
umm.. you need to send across the relevant documents with the application form. They will send the card if everything is in order. Else they will notify you via email, if anythings needs to be changed / corrected.
