haha, I don't think so.They had licenses far before any other players entered the marketThey did not capitalize on thatTheir service sucks and are probably trying to get customers to replace the ones that will be leaving after MNP is in placeExpensive plans, high call drop rate(They should technically be fined for this as per TRAI)And the shitiest Internet.The only saving grace is their platinum club customer care. The most efficient I have come across. (But then again this is only available to old customers)The new ones have some outsourced shitty experienceSorry for all the grief but I'm a pissed off customer.:frown:
