Looking to buy Tata Indicom for free unlimited Tata2Tata STD calling?Some queries? Plz reply?

Hi all!! For the last couple of months my STD usage has increased by leaps and bounds. Presently i have Airtel GSM (DAP 400 Plan). Last two bills gave me a shocker :O so i am thinking of going with Tata Indicom ; only for the sake that it has a plan 'Honest 450' which allows free Tata2Tata unlimited STD calling. Guys should i go ahead with it? In this plan unlimited means truly unlimited or there is a maximum daily/monthly usage cap; like one can call just 30 mins max. in a day or monthly max. 50 hours allowed. Is it ok if the receiving party has any Tata plan prepaid or postpaid; this unlimited thing would work right?Hows the network in mumbai:redface:? Me from mumbai only.Lastly which handset to buy for heavy talking; better signal catching capabilties and longtime reliability. Should not be expensive:ashamed:.Please reply guys.Thanks a lot.(*O.T: Besides Tata any other suggestions for heavy STD usage)
