Looking For New Connection : MTNL MUMBAI TRIBAND

Hi guys,I live in Nerul, Navi Mumbai area.....I want to take new connection of MTNL Triband....I don't have their landline connection at my home........So, is it possible to get only Triband connection??And one more thing, 3 years before I applied for Tri-Band connection and I got Connection after one year.... after which I disconnected it....What about pings, speed?Do they give promised speed?Especially on 395 or 495 plans...If possible, then someone from Navi Mumbai, please post your speedtest.net and pingtest.net results here....
 
MTNL has improved in terms of plans and speed provided. landline is necessary but only for connecting to the PC. the calls are not charged as the case was before.
