Looking for ACT Fibernet Bangalore review

I am on ACT for over a month. I took their 300 mbps plan since this is lesser priced compared to similar ones from Airtel or Jio.
Speed is stable and consistent, although I am never able to get more than 280 mpbs on speed tests over wifi in 5ghz band. Not able to check on LAN since my laptop doesnt have a lan port.
I had hathway 150 mbps before this, used to notice some lag on MS office team calls on Hathway.
ACT is much better

I don't think there is any fiber internet provider that's as good as ACT right now in Bangalore. Have been using from past 1 month, and have had no issue most times. Speed is at the best. Other than ACT, Airtel V-Fiber is good too.

ACT fibernet service is such a worst customer service I have ever seen. No one is aware and serious about their work. My internet is not working since a week. I had called them many times may be around 2-3 times everyday. But everyone is speaking same thing like a parrot. But I didn’t got any service from them. Since 1 week I am struggling but instead of resolving my problem they are telling only ***** things. If I have option to give zero star I would have given that. Don’t go for ACT fibernet.Do not take ACT service at any cost.
