Where did you procure your parts and whats was the costlies part in comparison to dollar rate baseline?

Would I be correct if I say the same gig can be built around 2 Lakh INR equivalent abroad (without high India taxes)?

System was built and tested by this shop called Gtek in Pune, run by a guy called Amey Gokhale - very happy with them.

Yeah surely it will be significantly cheaper in some places abroad like the US but not everywhere.
