Do not go for YOU broadband in Pune.
I have had 6-8 hrs of downtime daily for the past week and a week before that the internet was down for 2 days straight. Their customer care have no idea at all and will just reply you with this - "We are sorry for the inconvenience and we will escalate your problem to technical who will solve it in 24hrs". The first time i heard this i was like WOW 24hrs thats just great.
I have complained to nodal officer but he gave me a shitty reason saying that lines were damaged and there was power failure at the node (which is also frequent by the way).
Going back to Airtel, even if its costly than other internet connections but i never had downtime with it
