Logoff Failure, Invalid Session, Help!

hi all,My net stops working every 15 to 30 minutes for the past couple of weeks and when i try to log out i get this irritating "log off failure, invalid session" and have to log in again. I have read other posts and i called up the sify (un)support guys to disable beat but they say they no longer use it and asked me to uninstall their client and install again but still the same thing happens. any ideas on how to solve this???thanks
