Locked out of router. Don't know password. New BSNL FTTH connection.

The BSNL guys changed the default password of the router and they aren't letting me the new password. I can't reset the router as I don't know the configurations or even the PPPoE username & password.

I've called them a few times but they just keep avoiding by saying they'll tell me later.

What should I do.

Now I see where the mistake may be. use ax, initials of name and surname.

Will check it out, someone suggested me to use bsnl pro today and it shows my data just fine.
However wanted to know my details .
Lemme try by using ax method.

id1234567_eid@ftth.bsnl.in
where 1234567 is phone no.
looks like they have done with std code atleast in my case
