Live TV on Amazon Fire TV in India

anyone checked this yet?
 
i haven't checked. blog post did not indicate that this is coming in future. it does mention that the new fire tv have a guide button right on remote. which older model remotes don't have.
 
It has been working since last few days. Only Voot was available until yesterday. Today I can see even Sony and Discovery channels.

I have subscriptions for all of them and it is showing all the channels.
 

Not what i expected. Each app is getting loaded individually n taking too much time.
Also showing in recent along with channel name. Back button is taking to app itself.
Need more refinement where channel can be streamed without opening the app.

Showing for last 2-3 days. Basically a collection of links to respective individual apps. Showing Voot, Sonyliv and Discovery channels as of now. Subscription of respective apps necessary. Zee5 channels not yet showing. Do not have NexGTV. Hope they will integrate Hotstar also.
