Yes, I have to spend ₨ 4462.00 to enable rest of the options.

BTW I have installed OpenOffice and it is able to open Excel and other files smoothly and I can edit,create,delete drop down lists.
One question if anyone could help me. While right-clicking on any doc I am getting two same options. How to fix it?

that is sort of complicated Remove Unwanted Programs from the Open With List in Vista

there might be apps available that allow you to edit it using a GUI interface though.

I removed OOo, instead of removing OpenOffice Writer it has removed Microsoft Office :annoyed:

i see you use winrar. i suggest switching to 7zip 😀 open source, free, legal.

I am using the legal version of Winrar.

The link you posted on the previous page didn't mention that I have to edit .odt file,
btw I am having the issue while opening .doc files, so I edited the .doc entry.
Anyways, I used the MS office repair utility and now I see just one option "Open Office Writer",
OMFG now the MS setup has gone corrupt :blink3:
