LibreOffice

So does that mean they too have any paid version to be purchased to do that??

Yes, I have to spend ₨ 4462.00 to enable rest of the options.

BTW I have installed OpenOffice and it is able to open Excel and other files smoothly and I can edit, create, delete drop down lists.
One question if anyone could help me. While right-clicking on any doc I am getting two same options. How to fix it?

i see you use winrar. i suggest switching to 7zip 😀 open source, free, legal.

I am using the legal version of Winrar.

The link you posted on the previous page didn't mention that I have to edit .odt file,
btw I am having the issue while opening .doc files, so I edited the .doc entry.
Anyways, I used the MS office repair utility and now I see just one option "Open Office Writer",
OMFG now the MS setup has gone corrupt :blink3:

Dont know why, whenever i see a comment on Microsoft, i feel like passing a Nasty comment on it......frustrated to the core!!

You haven't spent a penny for their products and yet you are frustrated with them. Well.BTW you are free to post nasty comments, you will post the reasons too, right?

There are times when u dont have to spend money on certain things, to be eligible to dislike it......i think we have many such examples here itself!!
