LG G2 vs Nexus 5

Friend wants to buy a phone for 30K. I guess these two are obvious choices.
How is the LG UI on the G2?

Which one do you'll suggest?

G2 has battery of 3000mAh vs 2300 on the nexus. Does that translate to big difference IRL?

If he does not care about stock Android and priority updates, G2 is probably a much better device than the Nexus 5 I guess.

Apart from the camera, battery and display, they seem to be matched spec for spec on paper.

Well. He is using a moto x currently, and is quite fond of the UI.

Well. Google Now launcher is available on all KitKat devices right? So he can get that launcher anytime. Nexus 5 battery life is good enough to last a day on normal usage I guess but who would not want a bigggggger battery!

I'd suggested the G2 primarily because of the bigger battery itself.

Launcher doesn't change everything, afaik.

I have a G2 and my sister has a Nexus 5. Apart from the better camera and battery, even build quality is much better on the G2.
