Lenovo A6000/A6000 Plus Issue

I recently updated my phone to lollipop, and the caller/dialer app stopped working properly. After lots of research on google and lenovo support website, i called the customer care on whether with them i can get rid of the 'Search for all available networks' error. The customer care personnel asked me to do a factory reset after which it was said that the problem would not repeat.

I tried doing it twice, but it did not work. Lost all my data in the phone (Some datas couldn't be backed up). This Lenovo India customer service is so bad, and they dont have solution for such issues. Whats is the point in having a software upgrade, when it is full of bugs?

Lenovo doesn't provide good service, now throwing the mobile to have a new one which is of other brand. Will never suggest anyone to buy Lenovo.
