Hey Guys,
I don't know if anyone uses GARENA server in SINGAPORE which runs on star hub singapore. to play League of Legends League of Legends Singapore - Lulu
Recently the MS/PING to that server has gone up from 70ms to 500ms when i ping from fivenet to ping lol.garena.com -t (request timed out)
I dont know if any of technical person from Fivenet uses or manages post/thread here.
I have been trying to get in touch with some technical person from FIvenet and people on the other line have been really rude when u speak to them and asks us to write an email to our cable operator and they will forward the mail to the technical people in five net.
I have a 10mbps line from Fivenet and as everyone know they take the whole years money in advance.
On top of everything they have recently stopped the pinging facility for god knows what reason so now fivenet users cannot even ping any server anywhere.
I want some responsible technical person to look into the matter and revert back to this post as I have been facing this problem since past 2-3months and even paid my cable operator and got fiber wire pulled till my residence.
I have many friends who uses this server through fivenet and all of them has the same problem and when i ping with mtnl or any other internet service provider i get latency between 70 to 110 only.
Only Fivenet routing has changed and is giving trouble pinging.
