Lan Cable Problem

hi,right now i am using USB cable to connect airtel bb. becoz my lan cable wasn't working. today i gone to airtel office and got a new lan card connected it but it isn't working. in the beetel 220 bx modem, power light, link light and data light are all coming but pc/usb light isn't coming when i connect lan card for BB. is this the problem with the lan card slot or

Seems like a faulty lan cable
are you able to pull up the modem webpage.
try re-installing your LAN card

technician came,its not a problem with lan card. but a problem in lan card slot in my comp :wall::wall:
