I reside in Bangalore and since a week my VoWIFI feature stopped working on my Jio number (postpaid). This also happened on my wife's mobile which is also Jio (prepaid).
Since then I have been trying to connect with Jio but all their customer care reps are useless and do not understand the concern. They just repeat what is already written in the FAQs.
Till now I haven't contacted Airtel customer care as I am not sure from which side this issue stems from Jio or Airtel. Will do so if I do not get a response from Jio in the next couple of days. I have got it escalated in Jio.
Can someone share if they have had the same experience? And if yes, what was the resolution?
