Jio VOWifi Not working in flight mode

Hello guys, I have jio sim which VOWifi works on my excitel broadband but when i turn off airplane mode VOWifi stops working. That never happens with my Vi or Airtel sim. Even though I turn on airplane mode I get VOWifi logo along with calls, SMS etc. On my Airtel and Vi sim. Let me know how can I fix this?

It is normal and this is have voice over Wi-Fi technology works. You have to have the SIM turned on for voice over Wi-Fi network to start, once started the signal moves over Wi-Fi

I have everything set up. Vi & Airtel works fine but not Jio.

🤔 Looks like only available for postpaid 😭

Problem is not with your setup but with the implementation of jio, it works the way I explained in the post above, other operators require single authentication

Mine works in airplane mode also.
I had prepaid sim of Jio.

From what I have read is Vowifi only work on iPhone while in airplane mode. On android it doesn't atleast on stock firmwares.

It works on realme 8i too I had tested it once.

On my android device it works when I turn on flight mode in lift(low network area) then at home I enable WiFi.
