Did you go for it? They told me the same thing and they did mention that it would consume 100 units per month, ₹5 per unit is around i.e. ₹500 per month and they also give ₹2000 as rent.

Electricity units are around Rs.8 per unit if you add all the taxes. Best is to check the rating of equipment they install.
Also to remind you reliance is not very prompt in payment atleast in business circles.

I don't know about towers but reliance jio pays 25k inr per month for this device.
Its not very big, around 3-4 square metres at max.
