My jio sim stopped working suddenly and I went to jio store and employee there confirmed too. I need a duplicate sim. but I have to give them ID proof. Can I give another ID proof instead of adhaar? becasuwe they stopped adhaar enrolment ever since SC judgement./
 
Yes you can. But the activation process may take time.
 
That's sim replacement not duplicate sim.

You need proof of identity. Pan Card will be fine.
