Jio Fiber Slow 2.4 GHz WiFi on PC

I am getting around 15 Mbps on my PC WiFi. My Jio Fiber plan is 150 Mbps. Ethernet is getting full speed. Updated my PC network drivers but didn’t help

The quality of the wifi that come with the default modem is really poor. You should try to bridge your connection with a faster router (Try Tenda AC10 from Amazon), and you won't have any issues after that.

Max problem from your side.
check cable, drivers ( install old drivers and test) , try other ports, rest modem.


Last Try on friends laptop or any other device with lan port. If it's same complint to jio , they will replace,

Thats because with Jio, you are stuck with 20 MHz channel width on 2.4 GHz.

Definitely a problem in my laptop because our mobiles on 2.4 GHz WiFi is giving speeds 80+ Mbps. Laptop with Ethernet is giving me 140+. Only laptop WiFi stuck at 15 Mbps

Then it could be your wireless mouse. The receiver of your wireless mouse could be interfering with the wifi.

Yes. Thanks. Bluetooth mouse is interfering, no interference after using its USB feature. Now giving me 40+ Mbps
