Jio fiber ethernet link speed capped at 100 mbps. Have tried multiple cat 5e cables, different devices all of which have gigabit ports. I'm using the blue dual band router JCOW411. Anyone has any idea what might be the issue!
Go to network adapter settings and see the newtork speed there. If it says 100mbps then your laptop/router/cable might have an issue or if it says 1000mbps then maybe you are not getting full speed as per your plan. Then you have to contact cc.
(Also try other ports on the router)
Any update on this? I got the connection installed today and was provided with the router JCOW411, the speed on the desktop gets stuck at 160 Mbps, whereas when the laptop is connected via the same LAN cable am getting the promised 300 Mbps speed on it.
