Jio fiber ethernet link speed capped at 100 mbps. Have tried multiple cat 5e cables, different devices all of which have gigabit ports. I'm using the blue dual band router JCOW411. Anyone has any idea what might be the issue!

I have a JCOW404 and I do not have such issue... So... Maybe get it replaced? If you are confident, the issue is not on your side.

What colour lights are you seeing on the ethernet ports?

Are you absolutely sure every equipment of yours is gigabit capable including cables, RJ45 jacks and ports?

mate my laptop does have a gigabit port plus all the drivers
Go to network adapter settings and see the newtork speed there. If it says 100mbps then your laptop/router/cable might have an issue or if it says 1000mbps then maybe you are not getting full speed as per your plan. Then you have to contact cc.
(Also try other ports on the router)

Any update on this? I got the connection installed today and was provided with the router JCOW411, the speed on the desktop gets stuck at 160 Mbps, whereas when the laptop is connected via the same LAN cable am getting the promised 300 Mbps speed on it.
