Jio Fiber connection shows ads in hotstar VIP while BSNL FTTH doesn't

Hello, I live in Kochi, Kerala. I had taken the JioFiber trial just 2 days back. I also have a BSNL FTTH connection, using which we access apps like Hotstar, youtube etc.,. While youtube shows ads in both connections, the frequency of ads increased when connected to the JioFibre connection. Likewise, hotstar suddenly started showing ads when connected to JioFibre connection even though we had Hotstar VIP. When we changed it back to BSNL connection, the ads are not shown. I wanted to know if this is an issue that only I'm facing or is it an aggressive advertisement tactic from Jio...
If you have any ideas to solve the same, please advice.

BSNL actually provides Hotstar Premium. VIP always had ads I think. You can watch English TV shows on BSNL while Jio gives VIP which only has dubbed shows.
IDK about youtube, maybe a confirmation bias on your side?

As part of what packages plans does BSNL or any other Mobile or Fiber ISP provide Premium?
