Jio fiber 2.4ghz not connecting to laptop and most sites not can't access

I got new connection jio fiber last week


My laptop when it's kept near wifi router ( within 2-3 ) meters is connecting to 2.4ghz and browse all websites But when took my laptop is 5-6 meters from wifi router when only limited sites are opening most of the sites not access.


When I trying to connect laptop from 4-5 meters it's showing can't connect to server .
Please help me
