Jazz My Ride and the lame excuse for a product flaw...

So I sent my feedback to Jazz My Ride about this issue and instead of accepting it as a flaw, they claim that it is my mistake to not notice that the product description has no mention of an antenna slot.

Well if it doesn't say it in the description they don't have any obligation to give you anything more...

My company body cover from Honda has antenna slot.......... It should be there always........... Why it should be not?

Yup. The one I got from Hyundai also has a proper slot for the antenna. Hyundai charges a premium for it and the one I had got damaged recently so was looking for a cheaper option. Would stick with official accessories in the future. 🙂
