MTNL Mumbai Issue with My MTNL connection :/

Hello everyone !
I am facing an issue with my connection.
From past week i am noticing the SNR margin has gone down below 20 .
Attenuation rate is also fluctuating, Today morning it was at 28 and now at 17.
I complained regarding this to MTNL, every time lineman calls and connection works for a day and then on another day same issue again.
No issues with speed but facing some disconnections.
I faced this issue before also when my connection was on Erricson but it got resolved after they change the port to SOTL.
I am not sure what to do now. 🙁
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Your modem is running under Annex A. Change it to run under Annex M under DSL settings. Then report the statistics.

Thanks condition seems to be improved now.
After changing it to annex m.
SNR is 20.4 (down) 27 (up)
attenuation is 18.5 (down). 12 (UP)
Hope i don't face any disconnection issue now. 🙁

SNR margin down to 6 🙁
Plus good amount of disconnection.
I had to select G.dmt again to stabilise the situation.
After selecting the G.dmt option the snr margin came back to 17 and attenuation rate is 17.
SNR margin for upload is constant is 22 even after changing the ADSL mode to G.dmt.
