Issue with Fileserve

Hi I am having downloading issue from fileserve. When I am downloading some files from it , the site always says that either your IP is downloading a file or you are sharing your IP address with your ISP. Is fileserve being blocked by airtel ?

It seems you have a shared IP connection. ie, more than one connection (normally within the tower) is having the same IP. You can try hotspot shield. Worked for a few members.

no just wait for 5 to 8 min reload.......it goes away..... 🙂

i think in free acounts u can only download one file in a day and moreover there is no resume support hence if it stops and u restart the message will prop up.
