i am pretty sure it's just a recommendation not a mandatory requirement.

Guys, I think what happened in the Mobile space will happen in the ISP space.We will see something like a IndiaOne plan for ISPs but, other plans will also be available.I am more interested in the Unlimited download plans.I would agree that 2MB Unlimited plan is a long time into the future.

Do not expect or even believe in 2 Mbps unlimited, till its formally launched by MTNL.Current 2 Mbps plans are with a catch. If you are on 2 Mbps with cap on download limits, you are tempted to surf all the more with big money going to the ISP's kitty of course.

Of course,the motto was that.. More SpeedSurf More.Drain your pack soon. Get a new one.Actually speaking 2mbit is the bandwidth you'd use if your computer transfers 0.25 MegaBYTE/second or 1MB for every four secs all the month.
