is uploading is not chargeable on limited plan ?

I am using Triband 649 plan. (limited 5 GB free extra chargable)and getting speed 1mbps uploading and 2 mbps downloading.from past 2 days i am uploading stuff like mad on link-removed, and there is no effect ondata sent status (bol website) only data recived is changing while i download something.My session history says i have download 500MB in past 5 days but upload 5 GB (coz ive upload lots of stuff on RS) and (ADSL limit still shows i still have 4500 mb left)is there any possibility they will charge my uploading (data transfer) afterward when bill is going to generate? i am assuming there is no limit on uploading only downloading is chargeable ?

yup Uploading on MTNL is free unlike other providers.

As per my personal experience MTNL will charge you for the data which would have downloaded while uploading the files on link-removed.
