Is TriB combo UL data-1899 plan really unlimited

I just subscibed for MTNL's TriB combo UL data-1899 plan, and using it since last week.
Which gives 2MBPS speed.
Alough in site it is mentioned it is unlimited. (http://mtnldelhi.in/broadband/triband_tariff_unlimited1.htm)
But when I looged in, and checked the usage section, it shows:
Usage Limit Rs.1,000,000,000.00
Unbilled Usage Rs.5,570.33
Total Free(MB) 9.9999999E7
So, I'm not so sure if it unlimited & I'll get on 1899 + Service Tax at month end bill. OR this unbilled amount of Rs. 5570/-.

If its Unlimited, its unlimited, you cannot get more than what your plan is + taxes.
The usage limit is 1 billion Rupees
 
mtnl's weird statistics, if mtnl says its unlimited then its unlimited you will[color=rgb(40,40,40);font-family:'Droid Sans', helvetica, arial, sans-serif;] get on 1899 + Service Tax at month end bill 😀[/color]
