Is there any way to check fiber line quality or how many users on it?

Hello There I am GTPL user here, Mainly Connection came to our building with leased line and it's getting split into 100 - 150 users. The problem is there is 0% Packet loss in-game. but sometimes Hit Registration in-game is quite smooth but in peak time it's very bad as most of the bullets feel like spongy. is there any way to tell ISP about that Problem?
I know game uses UDP to transmit data and there is 0% packet loss.
 
@rajan20 You can check the quality by checking the Rx Power on the ONT. If it's less than -25db (like -26, -27 etc) it's really low and bad news.
 
@rajan20 hey I guess you are the only member active on forum who uses gtpl.

Can you please share how is the uptime and do gtpl also uses jio back-end like hathway?
