I changed my plan to 900 ul 2 months back. Now undestandably 900 rs security deposit was added in my next bill as it was mentioned in the teriff. Is that refundable if i chose to change my plan in future to say ....500 home. I m worried as its not mentioned as refundable. Pls help me out here!!! :unsure:

yes it is refundable but if n only if you close tht connection which will never happen i think so its like bsnl is keeping our money without giving interest me too have 900 plan
