Is that cable cut problem solved or not ?

Hi FriendsI want to know, whether that under sea cable cut problem has solved or not ? Till now I'm experiencing frequent disconnection and very slow speed. Even now some times the DSL light from the router goes off, which should not happen as it is the connectivity from my home to BSNL server.Thank you.

Your problem is not related to cable cut. Disconnection/DSL light and sea cable cut has no relation.Contact CC or exchange

I am from Kolkata and speed here is quiet good , book a complain with BSNL if your speed is slow.
