if u don't have "Microsoft TCP /IP version 6" installed then u may ignore that message.You can check in your network/Local Lan properties whether that protocol is installed or not.
Well who knows what the hell sify has in store for usand even bbclient 2.61 has issues with ip v6. well it isn't able to get the correct mac address with ipv6 enabled
how do disabling ipv6 brings you to this conclusion that sify will use dhcp ??Btw many cable providers provides other isp services on same sifyy network so i dont think sify will change to dhcp
