Is it worth to have a UHD TV for TV subscriptions in Hyderabad?

I am thinking to purchase one 50 - 60 inch class UHD TV for my home.
I am getting it from the US, could anyone please let me know whether these are good for TV subscriptions ?
Also please let me know which DTV subscription is good in Hyderabad.

I believe Netflix and YouTube are the only two decent sources for UHD in India right now.

I am not up to date on if any dth service provider is broadcasting any regular channel in uhd quality right now. there might be special events that might be broadcasted in uhd but 24x7? seems unlikely.
 
D2H use to have one uhd channel with some repeated programming. Not sure about current status.
downloading uhd stuff is another option.
