Is it possible to do static/custom routing for game server?

Hello,
Was facing this issue and still issues has remaining same : Routing Issues

I got static Ip and i have question that is it possible for ISP to do static round to the game server only for me?
Currently my connection rather then going India to Germany in shortest path it goes through India-USA-Germany .
 
Routing is done by the ISP and Game Server's Autonomous Systems. You don't have any control over it.

You can however use a VPN to get around this issue. A VPN on TATA Backbone should fix the routing.
