Is it possible for smooth voice chat in Tata Indicom Photon plus?

I am finding lots of problem in voice chatting either through yahoo messenger or gmail voice chat. Voice keeps breaking in between.Following is the average speed of the internet as shown in the speedtest.netDownload : 0.9 to 1.5 mb/supload : 0.1 to 0.4 mb/sping : 250 to 400msIs this speed enough for smooth voice chat?

try skype, its more tolerant with high latency connections , so quality is better

even with 400 ms latency conversation should be smooth unless there is jitter..check for jitter

Post a pingtest.net result with the server closest to the person you are chatting to .

wireless internet is going to have problems like these... speed fluctuates, ping would be variable...
