Is ingnorance of QA and SLA levels in Service offerings a noraml Habit of all operators

Hi friends, Service provider in our country are now habitual of spoiling customer delight and irritating us to core! well, i am using services of three mobile opearotr, all are having issues which are persistant and long waiting complaints have no pressure on these operator. resolution of compliants have become far distant dream for us. if falling revenue is the issue, then i think many of us would be happy to pay more rather than becoming spoil sport during call conversation. wat the f+++k , i had bought two new devices and opted for 3G, one opearotr has signal issue, other one has bandwidht issue.is this going to increase and continue?

our as usual Mr. Great and har friend zarori types------AIRTELAIRTELit is offering bandwidth to vodafone and Spice and got spoiled. i get sad 300kbps
