is bsnl evdo model diff from reliance cdma model

Hi,the usb modem provided by bsnl (evdo 2.4 mbps) and reliance (cdma 144 kbps) looks the same, can i use reliance model on bsnl evdo network, when it becomes available in delhi !
 
Even though both looks the same both are different-Not inter-operable.
